Going bra shopping can be one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
Going into a store and having a young guy as the sales associate does not make it any better.
Not only is it bad to try on so many bras, but having someone outside the waiting room and yelling, "How does it fit?" makes you cringe.
There are a few things you can do to make your shopping experience a little better.

Take inventory of what you have. Go through all your old bras. What brands do you like? What sizes are they and how do they fit? Why do you like certain bras? Is it the color or the fit?
Do Your Own Fit Test
Here are two ways to find your proper size. Go through either of these (or both) at home before you shop.
1) Put on the bra that currently fits you the best. Find your size by going through these questions: Tap Here to Find your Fit
You should be able to determine what size bra is the proper fit for you. Don't be surprised if you determine that the size you come up with is completely different than what you are presently wearing or thought you should wear. 75% or 80% of all women are wearing the wrong bra size.
Now that you are better prepared, it is time to go shopping. You have two choices for shopping.
1) You can go to the stores you enjoy and try on your proper size.
2) Because you know your proper size, you can shop online.
Try bra shopping online instead of the store. One of my favorite online stores is TrueandCo.com.
TrueandCo.com shipping and guarantee:
The best part of online shopping is the privacy. Your package arrives. You can try on everything in the privacy of your own home. You can take your time and compare. You can try them on with different outfits to see how they show.
